How does one rate a successful signing? Being my first signing, I really can't tell.

Saturday at the bazaar, I sold four books, two of which were State of Wilderness written by Elysabeth Eldering and of course illustrated by me (so I also autographed them below her signature) while I promoted the second book in the JGDS (Junior Geography Detective Squad) series to be released in a couple of months, State of Quarries, and two other 4RV Publishing releases: Trockle by Holly Jahangiri and Lion in the Living Room by Caelaach McKinna (which was bought for and donated to the school library I later learned).

I also sold two canvas bags for State of Wilderness (cute bags with the cover shot ironed on the front).

I talked to a lot more people than who bought of course and it was the kids who wanted to buy while parent or grandparent said "not today"... hopefully they will recall the series later and buy at a future time. I also promoted Midnight Hours, a book I did the cover design and interior layout for written by Vivian Gilbert Zabel also published by 4RV Publishing.

The kids got to have fun too (here you see two of mine).
The things I put them through...lol.
'Till next time,
