Refund Policy
Due to the nature of creating original artwork, the only time a full refund can be expected is if no materials or supplies have been purchased for the commissioned project and if no drafts have been submitted for approval. The only other reason a full refund can be expected is if life has intervened and I am unable to meet an agreed to deadline*.
Understanding that not every partnership is a match made in heaven, if we can't manage to come up with a result we are both proud of, in most cases, I'd be willing to refund half of the invoice. However, if poor project or genre descriptions cause the delays or the buyer just panics and wants to look elsewhere, there will be no refund.
This statement will also be on every invoice from here on out. If the buyer has agreed to these terms and then changes their mind later, this statement holds.
*If a deadline change has been agreed to in writing either via email, chat, or social media messages, then the new deadline is what will be considered, not the original deadline.
